A wonderful experience
I have never had a Reiki session before. With all the stress in my life it is so hard to relax. We spoke of what I was looking for in a room that was candlelit, warm and smelled nice. A small salon which makes for an intimate setting. It was THE MOST RELAXING, REJUVENTING 60MINUTES I have ever experienced. I not only could feel my myself relax but float into a light sleep. I could feel Catherine nearby, she only spoke when she had a question. It was a most relaxing voice as well. What was refreshing about this salon was the information they shared. How to help ourselves, not just YOU can Only get this here. Of course it is hard to unplug at home. I truly appreciate the time & advice. I will be back and will try the other services.
